The artist maintains complete ownership of all artwork created. If a portrait is requested, I may exhibit it on my website and social media accounts. Nevertheless, the client is not authorized to distribute any reproductions of the artwork without the artist's authorization.

REFERENCE PHOTOS

​

The client is required to provide reference images that have been taken by them or have obtained permission from the photographer. In case the project is intended as a gift, it is the client's responsibility to source and use images of the recipient's pet. By sending me reference photos, you give me permission to incorporate them into my promotional and advertising media, including showcasing a comparison between the reference photo and the final artwork.

QUOTES

​

Every commission is unique, which means that the prices will be tailored accordingly. Once I have a clear understanding of your specific requirements, I can provide you with a more precise quote. This quote will remain valid for 30 days, but if there are any modifications to the brief or changes in the commission, I may need to update the quote. Rest assured, I will always inform you if any alterations will impact the overall cost of the commission.

PAYEMENT

​

In order to proceed with your commission, we kindly request a non-refundable 30% deposit. This ensures that both parties are committed to the project. Once the artwork is completed to your satisfaction, you can settle the remaining payment, including any international shipping fees, if applicable. We will then ship it to the address you have provided.

CANCELLATIONS

​

You have the freedom to withhold the full payment until you are satisfied with the final outcome. In case you decide to cancel your order before the final payment, you can do so without any obligation to pay the remaining amount. Nonetheless, I will keep the deposit and any amount paid to compensate for the loss of business and time invested in the project. If you fail to make the payment within 15 days of completion and do not communicate otherwise, I will assume that you have canceled the commission.

SHIPPING

We ensure that all your orders are dispatched securely with a tracking number to the address you mention. If you want to send a gift, I can send it directly to the recipient. Just provide me with the address and I'll handle the rest.

In the rare event that the artwork sustains any damage during transit, please take a photo of the damaged piece and send it to me as soon as possible. Depending on the severity of the damage, you may need to return the artwork to me. But don't worry, I'll be more than happy to create a new portrait for you without any additional cost. Just keep in mind that there might be a slight delay in completing the new portrait due to my current client waiting list.

GIFT VOUCHER

​

You can use a voucher as complete payment for a pet portrait. Remember to use it before the expiry date, which is usually 12 months from the date of purchase.

ARTISTIC FREEDOM

​

​The artwork will be in the style of the artist and will be a unique piece of art. The client may not expect a carbon copy of the reference photo; the artist hereby retains her creative freedom in interpreting the subject in her artistic way. In addition, some creative license may be taken by changing the background, cropping in a bit on the subject, or making minor adjustments.
